Shipping policy

Orders will be processed and fulfilled on Monday and Thursday each week.

Advised Shipping Times (Business Days)
USA & Canada: 15-45 days 
Australia & New Zealand: 5-15 days 
Europe: 15-45 days
Rest of World: 15-50 days

Once an item has been shipped, Jael Jewels shall not be responsible for any uncollected parcels which includes presenting an incomplete or wrong address.

Tracking 
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). Please allow up to 3 business days for the tracking code to activate.
