Here at Jael we understand that maintaining the vibrant colour of your jewellery is important, which is why we provide a lifetime colour warranty for our products.

Our lifetime colour warranty ensures that your pieces will retain their original colour for as long as you own them. We use advanced techniques and materials to create durable and fade-resistant pieces that are designed to last.

If you believe that your Jael Jewels have lost their colour, here's what you need to do:

  1. Contact our customer support team at jaelpieces@gmail.com to initiate the warranty claim process. Please provide your order details and a clear description of the issue, including photos. (Do not discard of the items)
  2. Our team will review your claim and may request additional information.
  3. Following the initial review, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the piece for evaluation. 
  4. Once we receive the jewellery piece, our experts will examine them to determine if the colour loss is covered under our lifetime colour warranty.
  5. If the colour loss is deemed to be a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace the piece free of charge.
  6. If the colour loss is not covered under our warranty, we will send your original item(s) back at no expense to you. 

It's important to note that our lifetime colour warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care of the piece. To ensure the longevity of your jewellery, we recommend following these care instructions:

  • Avoid exposing your jewellery to harsh chemicals, such as perfumes, lotions, and cleaning agents.
  • Store your pieces in a clean and dry place, preferably in a jewellery box or pouch, to prevent scratching.
  • Regularly clean your jewellery with a soft cloth to remove any dirt or oils that may accumulate.
